Tuition and Fees
Tuition is charged monthly via e-transfer.
Tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, vacations, illness, snow days, and other acts of nature.
A $10 fee will be charged per day for late payments.
A security deposit equal to two weeks of your child’s tuition is required to enroll in the program and will be applied towards your child’s last two weeks tuition payment.
Income tax receipts will be issued yearly, before the end of February.
Late Pickup Policy
Our Preschool program includes extended hours, 8:30 - 4:30. Children picked up after 4:30pm closing will incur a late fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A $10.00 fee will be charged per child for the every 15 minutes over the scheduled time.
Withdrawal
Four weeks written notice is required for withdrawal of your child from our Child Care program. Notice also applies when transitioning to more or fewer days that original enrolment (based on avalibility).
Failure to submit a written notice four weeks prior to withdrawal will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Vacation and Closures
Our program is open starting with September official "back to School" date, to the end of July.
Growing Up is closed for vacation, for the entire month of August and all statutory holidays.
Also, at Christmas time, we are closed starting with December 23rd to January 2nd.
Parents are responsible for making other childcare arrangements during program closures.
Health Policy
In order to maintain a healthy environment, parents should not bring their little ones to school with the following conditions:
temperature above 100° F
unexplained rashes
non-food related diarrhea
nausea
vomiting
severe cough or congestion
pink eye
flu-like symptoms,
and any other contagious conditions such as measles, head lice, mumps, chicken pox, etc.
If a child acquires illness during school hours, the parents will be notified immediately to pick up their little one.
I will administer medication only if explicit written instructions are provided. All medication must be in the original container with the date and the child's name, clearly written on it. Parents must complete the "Authorization to administer Medication" form.
Nutrition
The children are served two healthy nutritious snacks each day, in a family-style setting.
Parents are responsible for packing a healthy lunch to enhance our Preschool experience and preparation for Pre-Primary years ahead.
Special diets may be accommodated, with the parents' support, and will require a physician’s statement for our records.
